I was scam some years back when I went online to research GSM products and one guy was chatting with me and he ask what is my occupation or profession, I told him I am into GSM research and he reply that he is a GSM dealer in the UK.
And he promised to send some phones to me, if only I will be faithful to send the money back to him after sale and he told me that he has a courier company he uses for all his goods but I insist that he use DHL.
He told me that after the goods arrive Nigeria that somebody (the courier agent in charge) will call me but I did not know that I am dealing with yahoo yahoo boys.
My phone rang and the person said he was calling from the courier office in Abuja that I have some goods from UK, I was very happy not knowing that they are bad guys.
I was ask to pay N12, 000 for shipment from Abuja to Warri, and after payment, the next day he called me that the goods was in 2 packages and that himself is not aware and told me to pay N6,500 for the other one because they can't leave one and deliver the other.
That is how I was scammed by these yahoo yahoo boys but now I know what he takes to know their trick and plans. Experience is the best teacher (learning from others experience is the best)
